"Kyle has been programming my workouts for 2 years.  Prior to Kyle I did Crossfit and my own self-programmed workouts at the gym.  Now, at the age of 50, I have surpassed every previous lifetime strength record and I am finishing my Crossfit workouts faster than 90% of the other members...despite being more than twice the age of many.  And all of this without increasing my weekly time at the gym.

Kyle is somehow able to identify weak points that I am not aware of, solely based on my results and video.  He then adjusts my programming accordingly.  Whenever I ask why he is programming a certain movement or rep scheme, he always has a very in-depth explanation that is well beyond anything I would have imagined, despite my 35 years of going to the gym and using other personal trainers.

Even without the benefit of seeing me in person, Kyle is still the best I've ever seen, by far."

"I first started with Kyle by taking his outside classes at MADE during the quarantine.  He was always super helpful with any questions I had or making any adjustments I needed to make, which made it easy to want to work with him 1 on 1.  While I was with a different trainer before working with Kyle, he made my transition easy in the way that he didn't completely shock my body.  He saw what I could do and built on that.  But he also pushed me out of my comfort zone on lifts I've never done.

I have been working with Kyle for roughly three months and it has been completely worth it.  He has taken the time to  ask me my goals and gives me personalized workouts to help with them, while also building my confidence in the gym.  While he is a great trainer for men, he is an even better trainer for women because he encourages us to not only be comfortable in a gym but also to lift heavy."

"Working with Kyle has taught me more than I knew I needed.  The amount of energy he puts into your goals and programming gives you the feeling like you're the only one he's working with.  He asks questions, he digs deeper, and more importantly he cares."

"Working out can be overwhelming.  Kyle's programming has taught me it doesn't have to be.  You will hear many different things whether that be through friends or the internet.  Kyle takes the guess work out on what is fact and what is ficti0n.  No matter where you start and what goals you have he will help you achieve them."

ABOUT ME

My name is Kyle Kowalczuk.  I have been involved in fitness activity for my entire life.  I played traditional sports when I was a kid such as basketball, football, soccer, baseball, and hockey.  I also spent time practicing martial arts for over 10 years.  In my adult life, I have pursued rockclimbing, crossfit, olympic lifting, and powerlifting.  During this time, I also earned a Masters Degree in Exercise Science with a focus on Performance Enhancement from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.  Exposure to these strength sports has given me experience with the three main tools I use to enhance strength and conditioning:  bodyweight, kettlebells, and barbells.

My focus in the fitness industry is to build individualized strength and conditioning programs using a minimal adequate dosage approach.  This means I strive to to get as much training adaptation with the least amount of exercises, sets, reps, etc.  I refine the methods I'm using in order to find the most direct approach to reach the goal.  This is my art.  This is why I'm here.
